Silly me... Ebay purchase from Russia. How long should I wait?

Soooo I'm a silly person and even though I've never purchased an ebay item mailed from Russia before, I thought it would be simple and went right ahead without doing any research beforehand!  Heh. Go me.

The seller ships worldwide, so that's not a problem. The item was purchased on Jan 25 and marked as mailed on Jan 26 but it says it's being shipped economy. Ebay says delivery is estimated between Feb 12 and March 4.

My only concern is... if the delivery does end up arriving around March 4, that puts it past the window Paypal allows for me to file a complaint. What is usual for this situation? Should I ask the seller for a refund if I get close to the end of the Paypal window, and tell them I will resend payment if the item shows up? Should I just not worry about it, because ebay will protect me even if I go outside Paypal's complaint window?

I know I'm still in the delivery time, so there's no cause for concern just yet. I'm just gathering info to be prepared ahead of time. As always, thanks for your advice, shipping experts.

Firstly paypal allows 180 days to open a claim, ebay allows 90 days? Ebays arrival estimates are not accurate i would completely ingore that. If you are worried just ask the seller roughly how long shipping can take i am sure they can give you an accurate idea i wouldnt open a case and if it comes near to the deadline i would email they seller first and go from there
