G4 necklace, who released it?

One of my friends gave me a few pony things as a Christmas present, including this cute little pendant:

Does anyone know what company released this or if it was released with anything else?  I've never seen anything like it before!

I believe I saw this at Hot Topic quite a while ago (though I haven't seen in recently).  Not sure what company actually produced it.

Hmm, it does bear a resemblance to the World Trade Jewelers stuff, although unlike what I've seen of them, this one's chain goes right through the charm instead of being attached at the top.  They could have changed their design or something though.  So much mystery G4 merch!  I guess it could be generic Hot Topic brand, assuming they do that.
