Does this size of duvet even exist?

I bought a really pretty sheet / duvet cover set, but I'm having the hardest time finding a duvet that will fit it!  (A duvet / comforter is the fluffy bedspread that goes inside the duvet cover . . . Basically the duvet cover is like a big pillowcase for the comforter.)

The duvet cover is about 80" x 90" (203 cm x 229cm) and I just have not been able to find a comforter that size on Amazon!  Lots of 90" x 90" or ever larger, though.  I'm not even sure what size this duvet cover counts as.  A weird sized Full?

If anyone knows where to find a duvet this size please let me know!  I'd really like to be able to use the cover, it's so pretty.

I wonder if your duvet cover is European, because that is exactly the size of a "double duvet" in Denmark

I think that would be full(double) sized, not full/queen, just regular full size.  Most places cheat and combine full/queen now, but that's the size for a full size blanket?
