Avoid bluemustanggrl99 on eBay!

Last November I had to open a case against a non-paying bidder on eBay. Then they contacted me today with this:

"Hi I bought from you last November. I just wanted to say that I just noticed on the mlp arena that you put me on the non paying thread. Thanks so much. I was going through a hard time at that point in my life. I probably shouldn't have been bidding on ponies at the time but it was honestly the only thing to cheer me up. I'm sorry it took me a little longer than 3 days to pay but to put my screen name on that thread was not right. I paid you!! So thanks again for ruining my screen name."

The thing was, she didn't pay and hadn't even bothered to reply to any of my messages or the case. Apparently, this one wants to put the blame on someone else. One to avoid.

So it's taken her a tad longer than three days to pay then??!! Like... 380 days or something!!!

In addition to this, last year when I saw her name on the non-payer thread, I added her to my block list.  She tried to bid on my auctions that November and asked why she wasn't allowed to bid as her feedback was all positive.  I didn't respond as I had no plans to unblock her.  Well today I got this message from her

FYI. Hi,I just wanted to tell you I have now found out why you have me blocked from your auctions (I don t know why you couldn t tell me & had to ignore me when I first messaged you asking why last year!)Anyway,I saw someone falsely put my screen name on the arena as non paying for an item last November.I did pay for the item & I had explained to that person last year that I ran into some issues at the time & I was sorry for the delay.But I did send it & I got the pony I won from her.She understood or apparently she just told me she did. But I don t think it was right for me to be put on that list. You have such great ponies that I really want often & it really sucks I can t bid on them. Everyone goes through stuff,& I did last year. I m not going to lie, last year there were 2 or 3 transactions in November that I had where I had to delay payment a tiny bit..luckily everyone understood.But if you look at my feedback,I have paid immediately on like every single other transaction I have.

Bluerose is a good friend of mine, and I've bought from her in the past before, so I contacted her to let know what this other member had told me.  After I saw what that member had emailed Bluerose, let's just say, bluemustanggrl99 is definitely not leaving my blocked list anytime soon.

What I find really interesting is that she told silverdawn that she contacted me and told me about her troubles and I understood "and put her on that list anyway." She never contacted me until today. In fact, my payment reminder to her went unanswered and the case closed without payment and I heard nothing else from her until she messaged me out of the blue today.

I don't know why she feels she needs to lie but this whole thing is a little bizarre. It's best to just avoid her and her drama.

wow that's weird   its like she totally forgot that she didn't actually pay so how could she have received the pony? besides no-one would have put her on the NPB list if she actually *had* paid   
Maybe she is getting mixed up with another transaction? or not. Very odd.

I think she knows she didn't pay but is trying to lie her way out of being taken off so that she can buy ponies from others who have blocked her. That is why she is telling other people that we "worked things out" which we did not, since I didn't get any communication from her at all during the transaction.

I think she's just someone young and who feels entitled and won't take blame for their actions.

EDIT to add: I got more messages from this crazy woman today! Apparently she still claims we worked it out when, in fact, I had gotten zero messages from her last year:

"Well since I have your item at my house(!).....yes I did pay you. And I am quite positive I remember explaining to you last year that I was unfortunately having some issues at the time & that you understood. And fyi, I do not recall any claim whatsoever being made on me ever from anyone. So that wasn t me. So you falsely put me on that list. I paid. It just took me a little longer because my issues that week. I remembered apologizing, I felt horrible but it was no reason to ruin me on the mlp arena. If you looked at my feedback here all other buyers said how I paid immediately. So I hope you feel good about ruining my name on the arena. Thank you so much. No further reply is necessary, I don t wish to bother you again as I just wanted you to know. Happy holidays."

AND

"Sorry one more thing. I won your auction on Nov 9th & you posted about me in the thread on Nov 12th. I can see a week or 2 but 3 days?? You obviously confused me with someone else, so you obviously didn't make a valid "claim" as you say after only 3 days. So the claim on the thread was wrong. I should contact the arena to have your false claim removed from the thread because it's just not right."

And if eBay will allow it, I'll find and screen shot the claim. Does anyone know how far back can we go to find the claims we've filed? This was over a year ago. She said I can't file a claim after 3 days, but eBay allows us to do just that...LOL! And I did! And I sent her a link to eBay's NPB claim policy to prove it!

I wonder if she's one of those that bids on several of the same item and then pays for the cheapest?  I'm still trying to figure out how she *knows* she got the pony when ebay transactions only go back 6 months!  I guess she could still have the emails?

All I know is I would not have posted that she had no communication and had not responded to the case that I opened had that not happened. And I remember when she bid and how disappointed I had been with the fact she had not paid because I liked her username since my favorite color is blue, I have a mustang and my favorite number is 9. I had thought to myself at the time that it practically could be my user name.

But when I had to open a case on her I decided she was nothing like me and I was happy to block her. I would not have blocked her if she had paid. She is on my blocked list.

And BTW, eBay may only go back 6 months but PayPal goes back farther....

I wonder how many times I've purchased from MLPArena members and not known? I'd be curious to see! I know all of the boxes I receive with loose or mashed-in ponies can't be you guys...
