 I sometimes have a similar situation with stuff from Japan if sellers won't ship abroad...(they often won't, because they assume the buyer can't speak Japanese, and even though I can, it's just a pain to negotiate). So then I end up using a Japanese proxy and having stuff sent through that way. Again, two lots of shipping cost, but sometimes, you have to do what you have to do...
