POTD 12/9/2015 Peppermint Crunch

Peppermint Crunch is special to me <3
When I was 10yo, me and my family were on vacation in Denmark (Bjerregard). I met a girl of my age there and we played hours together. I had some of my very first ponies with me back then (Whirly and Cool Breeze) and my friend instantly fell in love with them. From her pocket money she bought a pony herself to play with me and it was Peppermint Crunch. I remember how I thought she was beautiful, I loved the smell and everything!! I totally wanted one like her too but I never saw her in stores when we got back to germany.
Today I have two Peppys <3 One loose and one MOC (german card).
In Germany it seems the Sundae Bests came without their barettes (no, it has not fallen off the card, even though this particular card looks pretty beat up). There is no space in the bubble where the barette could have been. Btw, the package was pretty good before it got shipped... I got it from ebay from a seller who had put the MOC in a lot with random junk-toys... they snipped the card to "fit it into the package" :/

It never occurred to me how pretty she actually is until I saw the pictures posted on here. I guess I'm not a huge fan of the set, so I tend to overlook her. She's a great color combo, though!

I really love her.  But, those moulded symbols don't lend themselves well to customisation 

I've customized from this set before, you just need sandpaper and patience... LOL.

I also have customized this pony. Every once and awhile I feel the need to use brown on something.

I'm not real fond of her colors or 3D symbol, but I looove her name.  It sounds so yummy!

I have her, from a carboot sale years ago. I like the set in the comic, not so much in real life. They are probably the one g1 set I actively dislike. Mine is no longer scented which, considering the toxicity of some of her friends' perfumes, I consider to be in her favour.

Ohhh she was one of my first!!! Her and MM Floater were the pegasus buds. She always had a frizzy tail, and never smelled of anything (secondhand). Boy did she have some adventures...

Or am I just too sensitive? Haha, this is why I don't like having ice cream with hot puddings too, the temperature difference upsets my teeth.

haha I think maybe you're just sensitive to cold foods? I LOVE having stuff in my ice cream, like nuts or cookie pieces!
