Question: Did Baby Tiddley Winks come in a bag?

Did Baby Tiddley Winks come in a bag when she was released with the Lullabye Nursery? (Or is this a mail-order version, even though she has freckles?) I got this Baby Tiddley Winks in a lot and am not sure whether she's in an original bag or is just in makeshift bag for protection. You can see she has a comb, but I didn't think originally she ever came with a pink comb, and the comb looks kind of bent. Tiddley Winks inside looks mint, with very pink hair. Again, she has freckles, which I think means she's not a mail-order version.

as far as I know, that's not how the bags are sealed, and I don't think she came with an original comb?

Mail order bags are usually heat sealed on two sides, I would assume play set ones are, too.

I'm not an expert but I think this just a bag for protection..The pink comb goes to one of the Rainbow ponies.. I think Parasol..? I don't remember for sure!

Ahh! Yes, Sunlight!  I had a perfect comb but traded it away, I kinda regret it.

Yeah, I think you guys must be right. It's just kind of confusing; I had a MIP Valentine twin whose package was taped (from the factory) kind of like this one, but it makes no sense that Tiddley Winks has Sunlight's comb, and a bent one at that. She came from a former collector's lot and no one else was bagged (not even the mail orders who came with their original bags separately in the lot), so I wasn't sure if she was supposed to be in that bag. So confusing.
