Dollyhair: ordered received, hank missing. Advice?

Hi all,

So I just received an order from Dolllyhair and I have a hank missing, what can I do? Is there any way to contact DH as I'm not in the US?

In the past i've emailed her, I haven't ordered hair in quite a few years, but when I did email her she seemed to have a fast response, and was very helpful.

Dollyhair has been pretty reliable over the past few years, so you should be able to get replacements sent out by e-mailing to let her know of the problem.

I agree with the advice the others gave you (thanks both of you )  - just send her an email letting her know  your hair arrived but that you have a hank missing, and she should sort it out for you
