Pony Tattoo/Piercing Idea

I recently had this wicked idea for a pony tattoo/piercing combo, I don't know if I'd ever do it but wanted to share the inspiration.

Starting with a tattoo of either a G1 TE or Princess pony, or G3 Jewel pony, *drumroll* with dermal piercings in place of the eyes/jewels.

How cool would that be? Has anyone thought of doing this? 

I've recently gotten my first tattoo (of my dog) and may plan to get a pony tattoo down the track (of Posey) so I'll likely never do it myself. I'd love to but I'm not a huge fan of any TEs, Princesses or G3 Jewel ponies. Plus dermal piercings make me cringe as much as they intrigue me. I don't know much about them either, I've heard they're more 'long-term temporary' which defeats the point.
