Lolita dress brand help!

Hello there fellas!!! I need all help I can get to find this dress!!! Lolita experts needed!!!!! xD So I went to a convention and ran into a girl who was wearing an adorable lolita dress! I stood by her in line to see Anna Yano, since we waited in line I worked up the courage to ask her about her lolita dress!!! She said it was called.... pumpkin kitty, pumpkia cat (?) something of the sort? It said something like that on her dress in english! She said she got it off of taobao! So it was a pastel blue and licac lacey dress with sea animal designs alll over it with clouds, dolphins, whales, and jellyfish in kawaii cartoony designs and it got art-heavy torwards the bottom of the dress! I really remember whales all over it! It had a bows on the front and back as well. Her friend had a brighter pink version of it but it had candy instead of sea critters on it.

I have been trying FOREVER to find just a picture of it, like for weeks!!! Does anyone know what it could possibly be!? I just need the brand!!!

I wonder if it was by Peppermint Fox? They're an Australia-based lolita brand though so I don't it. But sounds similar!

It is made by Pumpkin Cat- found it on this site, where you may also find more dresses you like! They have a light blue one too.

Such an adorable dress!  Sadly I don't think I could fit even half of one of my breasts inside it but still so cute!

Most people can't fit into the brand dresses unless they're tiny. I am a size 4 US, and half the Angelic Pretty dresses don't fit me. It's upsetting!

Thats really good to know, thank you! :3 Im also a size 4/5 and I was wondering if the asia sizes are smaller than they say. Ive been measuring and a size large should be plenty big enough but I hope its still not tight around athe arms! xS luckily my chest is pretty darn small but my arms are a little thick (muscle!) from my job and sometimes shirts will fit well and loose except the hole around the shoulder/sleeves will be tight near my armpit. x( Is there a way to loose arm muscle!? LoL!!!  I really want this dresssss!!!!!! ٩(๑´3｀๑)۶

When it comes to buying lolita fashion clothes (or clothes from Japan/ South Korea/ CHina, ect) , I always recommend measuring yourself (like, Bust, Waist, Hip, ect.) in inches and centimeters so you know for sure if it will fit you.

I know for one of my Lolita dresses, I got the XL size and it fit me "just right", and I usually wear size M in the States.

Ooh, that is sooo cute! I'm glad you found the one you were looking for! I usually buy dresses and things from sellers at conventions, honestly. It's easier when you can try things on right there.
