Now that I've figured out how to put pictures on here, here are some of my WIPs. They all need to be rehaired. The brown one is a gingerbread pony, the black one will have silver hair (she has a metallic blue twin that I've already finished), the alicorn is a Neopets inspired Halloween Uni, and the last one is a pony version of my cat.

You've been busy! Good luck getting their heads off without hurting the paints, I imagine that might be a bit hard but not impossible.

Should I have taken the heads off before I painted them?

That's the normal way, yes, but who knows, maybe it all works out great

I've finished one, and the paint was fine. I'm hoping the same will be for the rest.
