Non communication from MyLittleCustoms? - SOLVED

I emailed MyLittleCustoms and arranged to send some hair to compare with their stock. That was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back. I've emailed twice and sent another message through the site but haven't heard anything.
I can understand if they're too busy to check the hair for me but I'd like get an acknowledgement that my messages have got through and perhaps an update.
