You can also use the classic box supported with a stick tied to a piece of string, amusing but that technique does work.
Haha, I was going to suggest that.

Just don't hide behind a really skinny tree when you do it -- the rabbits will see you! (Words of experience from my youth -- I think my mom took pictures.)

I think this is clear from the other responses, but yes, you can often borrow or rent a live trap from shelters and such.

I would strongly caution you against using more than a SMALL slice or two of any fruit or vegetable.  (Though leafy greens are fine in large quantities.)  Rabbit digestive systems are very delicate, and the extra sugar in fruits and veggies can throw the normal balance of gut bacteria out of whack.  I used to know one rabbit that actually died because her owner gave her 4 slices of banana instead of the 2 slices she normally gave.  It's hard to believe that such a small difference could kill a healthy bunny, but it did.

No exaggeration-  I rescued two older bunnies once, and they have VEEEEERY sensitive digestive systems - even a lot of stress (such as a new adoption) can be a dangerous time for them, poor little buns!

I hope you can catch them! I will say that my bunnies looooooooved fresh veg more than anything in the world- and would do just about anything for carrots.  Even carrot greens.  I TRIED growing enough to feed them, but as one of my guys was a 20lb Giant- I also went to all of the fresh produce markets to get their carrot tops and things (you would be surprised what they'll give you for your pet bunnies that they would otherwise toss!)
