I would recommend that you get a ton of rice, pour it in a bucket, and bury the whole box in the bucket of rice. Rice is really good for drying things out, and it's really cheap. After that, make sure you are storing the box in a place that is unlikely to be extremely humid (away from windows, I guess?).
Unfortunately soft plastics like this do sweat and can generate condensation - depending on how securely they are packaged as well as any heat or other environmental conditions that they are exposed to. It could be plasticiser and that is also why she has the small age mark or it could just be the plastic starting to break down unfortunately. There is very little you can do to fix the pony herself but you could (although it would damage and lower value) pop a needle through an discrete bit of the bubble to help the plastic breath a little better.

If she stays like this it is not necessary I guess but if it only will get worse I might have to.. Especially with all the opinions about opening a MOC or alter it (lowering the value) that is going on in the arena, I just don't know.

Well leaving it the way it is, will cause damage to the pony over time, the sweat will turn dark and then become a dark film,if that does not bother you then leave it like it is, if you pop the bubble with the needle it will help it breathe better and will help dissipate the sweat and prevent it from forming again, the rice I do not know if it will help , as this is a sealed bubble, rice helps electronics but they are not sealed like the bubbles ,I would think you would have to be very very careful with the rice damaging the cardboard and not causing creases on it or crushing the bubble in the process .looks like each option has risks that could affect the value. but even if you were to sell it instead, the sweat is already affecting the value ,so doing something will affect the value and leaving it alone will also affect the value .

Yes unfortunately you are right, so far I have not decided yet so I did not do anything except putting a (I really don't know if it's the same in English) hair bandage over it that pushes the box a little on both sides so that the sweat is not touching the pony anymore but stays on the inside of the bubble instead. I hope that it will prevent further damage but when I see that it is getting worse I will put the needle on it. I am glad that I did not pay too much on this one and hopefully I will find another some day.

Yeah it worked! For now then... I hope that the spot does not come back, but it has disappeared (dried up).
