I wonder whether ebay will let you leave a neg. I tried that with a seller selling fake goods once, but because I'd had a refund, ebay removed the neg and wouldn't let me leave feedback. They said that since I had a refund, I had no right to leave feedback or something.

Also, maybe I imagined it but it looks like Seashell's hoof was scraped in the picture too.

I did leave negative feedback. I haven't gone back to check and see if they've removed it, though. But eBay told me that the seller would get a mark or something against their account for their bad selling practices.
