Comparing Beachcomber's and Seawinkle's floats

Since both Beachcomber and Seawinkle came with pink alligator floats with blue/green spots, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any differences between the two?  Does one float have greener or bluer spots in comparison to the other one?  Or is one float a brighter pink than the other?  If anyone by chance has a MOC Beachcomber and Seawinkle, feel free to share pics

I don't have Beachcomber MOC but there is a pic of it on my page - it's babydoll's pic so she might have a bigger version still in her gallery for you to compare.

The loose float on that page I got here in the UK at a carboot with Beachcomber second hand and loose.

Does that help at all? Unfortunatley I can't get at my MOC pony to do a comparison with the loose float. I've never really tried to figure out if they're different/same because Seawinkle's on card and only Beachcomber of the two was sold here :-/ so that loose float must be hers (we only had 4/6 Watercolor Ponies here)

Id vote those two look identical, considering lighting and such.

No accounting for batch, either - Beachcomber is the only pearly sea baby that's the same the world over, so the chances of different shade batches for her float is quite high. (Bear in mind the MOC on my page is from a UK release, I don't have a US release image and so can't guarantee whether the shades are the same).

I know some floats have slightly different stamping on the bottom, too.

This may be one for Hathorcat's accessory knowledge...

Thank you SO much for the replies and the photos!   I'd say comparing your MOC Seawinkle's float to the loose Beachcomber's float, they look identical, but Beachcomber's MOC float looks like the spots are a deeper teal.  If there is a difference though it looks very small.  Maybe Hathorcat could confirm.   Thanks again!

They are slightly different in colour Beachcomber's is pink with green highlights but Seawinkles is actually a light purple pink with green highlighers. So think of one as pink and the other as pink with a purple tinge

haha ok thanks so much!  Seawinkle's float is one of the last I need, and I have been so curious if there was in fact any difference between her float and Beachcomber's float.
