This wasn't a transaction through the arena, but I'm wondering if anyone can enlighten me about the postal system in Germany.
I did a trade where I get Blythes while the other person gets MiniFee Rin. My dolls have just arrived at the post office apparently (15 min after we got home of course
..) But when looking at the tracking for her package it says it has been delivered, but not to her.. It's not even in her town. DHL apparently delivers packages in Germany. She told me after I had sent the package that she had given me the wrong post code. One number was wrong and the post code I wrote doesn't actually excist. So then it seems to me they should rather pay attention to the city and other adress details. So why would it say delivered to some random town.. She lives in Eppstein, while the last location of the package before delivery was Rodgau. It doesn't say what location it was delivered at. The tracking says it's been processed in parcel center, then loaded on truck, then successfully delivered. No DHL, it's not successfully delivered
. It also said different person present under who it was delivered to. I'm stressed out by this as it looks the way tracking does for me before delivery and I know couriers often are quite happy to deliver to random people. I would often get my neighbours packages from UPS for instance.. Maybe the lady waiting for this package is right about this having been delivered for some customs processing or something but it doesn't look like it the way it's written in the tracking. I just can't see how DHL can mess this one up when her phone number was on the parcel as well.. She called them to ask, but they said they would get back to her next week, bank holiday tomorrow of course.. I e-mailed them to ask about this as well. I hope they have just messed up the tracking details or something..
