We know basically nothing about her except I got her on Ebay about 16 years ago now, and LadyG has a Billie which probably is somehow connected to her, but we don't know where she came from or why because we haven't heard of any others :-/. She is definitely for real though. LadyG and I have had them both together and examined them in minute detail, but she's the same as the other, just her pose is different.
