need help with a paint cutoms top coat?

oh jeez it's been ages since I've done my first custom but I kinda wanted to try and make some more. I used mod podge but it made everything....reallly really sticky. can anymore recommend any that won't make my pony sticky?

Yep, I will third the Testors Dulcote. I buy mine from Micheal's.

Testors works, also Mr. Super Clear works but is not as easily available there.
