Ok, so I posted this before, but after looking at the g4 Alicorns, i think their faces are too beak-like.

I was wondering if anyone could do a g3 custom of my alicorn pinkie pie pic like the one shown below:

I especially love the wings and it would be great if the wings could be similar and attached to the pony.

Why don't you check our commission artist thread and check some of the examples there. I'm sure you can find an artist with just the style you need. Or you could always message coinop and see if she'll do it, since it's her wings you seem to like?
