Looking for collector named Tracy from 1999 (ultrakeet)

I'm currently looking for someone called Tracy who collected ponies in 1999. Her e-mail addy was "ultrakeet" but it doesn't work anymore. She send in some very pretty fanart for a contest I did back then and I'd like to return it to her if she wants it. Seems a waste to throw it away somehow. If you can help me find her, that'd be great!

Could it be Tic Tac Toe? Can you remember where she was from?

That names sounds very familiar. I don't see her in the registered list at the Trading Post either though. She might of had a deviantart, but I'm not sure how to search for usernames there.
