Accessory/pony wear ID help pretty please?

I traded for this wonderful set of accessories, but I don't know what they are called or what years they are from! I run a pony collecting tumblr (yodawgiheardyoulikeponies.tumblr.com) and I need to know the names and years released for a pony acquisition post on there 

Any help is MUCH appreciated!

the teacups, saucers, and party blowers are from the Party Gift Pack with Tutti Frutti, along with the Pin the Tail game and invitations.

And the pink clothing looks like the pajama and nightcap from Sweet Dreams. Not sure about the yellow hat--I'm thinking the Brush Me Beautiful Boutique or the Pretty Parlor.

Actually, the party items are from the USA version of the party pack, not the UK version.  The ponies on the pin the tail on the pony game(Party Time) and on the invitations(Yum Yum) are different in the USA version.

The pajamas are from Sweet Dreams, but I'm not sure where that nightcap is from.  That outfit does have a lot of variations for the hat, but I haven't seen that one before.  I don't think that's MLP.

The yellow hat is from one of the Parlor playsets, but I'm not sure exactly which one.

Not sure, but if that white bow with the thin white ribbon is separate from the cap then it's G3 Marshmellow Coco's bow.
