The whole thing makes me want to cry. That poor sweet boy. I hope he has the best birthday ever and I wish there was more that could be done for all the children and the families of the children that have something like this as part of their daily lives.
Hannah and I have gotten a birthday card and some cute stickers for him and I hope that it helps to brighten his day.

I'd send cards to each and every child in the world if I could, its bad enough when grown ups suffer but its positively heartbreaking to know that kids are.
