On Dec 3, 2014 I won three ponies/three listings on ebay. I never got these. What can I do? I wanted to leave feedback, but when I was looking for them, they were gone. I've found the emails that says I won these and so on.
I did contact the seller several times, at first the person said I needed to wait, because it could take some time and so on. So I did wait. Last time I asked for them I never got any answer. I'm not sure what to think. I've got all other ponies I ordered from ebay.

Seriously...can the person delete the listing or something like that. Because the ponies are gone from my 'purchase history'.

Anyone have any advice for me?

Did you pay for them? Do you still have the email receipt from paypal? (if you paid online for them) When you're looking for them on ebay have you checked that you're viewing the correct time slot? I know ebay defaults to show items won in the past 30 days. You'll need to manually change that to see items won from further back.

I did pay for them, because why else whould the person tell me it could take some time with the shipping. Don't think he/she would send the ponies before getting their money. I can't seem to find the paypal confirmation mail though. Even if I did, it says I did a payment to this and this email, and that alwasy confuses me, because I don't know what email address belongs to the usenames on ebay anyway. :/

And the thing about the correct time slot.. I went to the purchases for 2014. The ponies should've been there. But nope. :/

You should have opened a case while there was still time. It is strange that you cannot find them on ebay though. I would message the seller again and see what they say.

They didn't by any chance refund the money? I had a seller refund an item a few weeks ago by accident and the item was removed from my purchases when that happened.

Do you have an email from ebay saying that you won the item? Is there a link within that email that leads to the listing?

Well, isn't this typical... The ponies came today. After at least 60 days in the mail. Argh! 

I'm glad they finaly found their way to me! 

It's still weird that the ponies disappeared from my 'purchase history' though.

The seller never refunded the money and I got email from ebay saying I won them. So all that is good.

Check  feedback you need to be leave, they should at least show up in there. it might be the seller is no longer registered with ebay.  It's nice to know they did arrive.

It's also possible that it was moved to the Purchase History Archives.

wow they took their time arriving!   At least they *did* arrive though eventually, which is awesome!
I wonder if they took the scenic route via ..oh I dunno, somewhere In Europe, or Hawaii or some other interesting place that ponies sometimes head off to before getting to their new home
