US Packages Taking The Scenic Route? Update :D

OH what a sigh of relief that it is getting closer to her. USPS has been all over the place lately. I had a package going to Mexico and it went to Austria  It eventually made it back to the states and then to her but because of their screw up it took a month and a half.

Dang. Now that's a really bad screw up.

Right now I hate the USPS anyways. Especially since a buyer of mine had half his boxes shown up damaged (at least 5 out of 10). I will never ship media mail ever again.

There does seem to be a lot of this happening lately  but the parcels almost always show up (even if a bit late!) when they've taken the scenic route   At least there is tracking so the buyer can see you sent it and see whats happening. It's USPS that's messing up not you

Eeeep! that's even worse than the pony who went to Hawaii on vacation instead of somewhere near the east coast of the US from a seller not too far away
 I know someone else who had bought dolls from a UK seller that were supposed to be going to her in United Arab Emirates and went to USA first instead!! she asked me if she could buy some of my dolls to replace the missing ones if the parcel never got to her - but thankfully it did in the end

My package is doing the same thing. It was supposed to arrive today but didn't and the tracking stopped working two days ago. The tracking finally updated tonight and it's in a town over 9 hours away that isn't even close to me.

I guess it depends on where you live and where's the package coming from  I got both of mine on time. But I have a package coming from the Northeast of the States, but I know to expect some delayment knowing that they're having blizzard issues

I am having this problem as well! I sent a package to Germany in December and the last update I had was it cleared customs in Brazil on Jan. 7! Brazil!?!?

Now I have no updates and the package just says in transit. My buyer and I are both worried. I'm not sure what to do here....
