Mail Order points value question

Does anyone have a list of how many Horseshoe Points you needed to get each item from the mail order brochures?  I do not have pamphlets I can access so I am wondering if anyone ever transcribed a list of ALL years of Mail Order ponies and how much shipping, etc. cost?  Because I know there was an option to outright buy said ponies but it was advantageous to send in Horseshoe Points.

Man, they are really intent on adventures in that Rainbow Pony brochure, aren't they?  I think they mention it in every single pony's profile!

There are a lot of leaflets and some times prices and horseshoe requirements change. If you are after certain ponies, I can look out those leaflets :)
