Was This g1 Snowglobe Ever Made?

OMG!  I have that first snowglobe too!  Less water in it these days  but the Pony still looks great.  So wicked to see it appear here.

The first snowglobe you asked about looks lovely;  Wouldn't mind having one like that too.

Oh yes! That snowglobe was released. However, I remember there were some people who had orders cancelled on them. I am not sure if was short run due to lack of demand perhaps? Not sure if it ever showed up in stores but there were certainly a couple of sites that carried them back at the same time the bobbleheads came out.

I've never seen pics of the G1 snowglobes, ahh I love them. Does anyone know exactly how many were made? And did someone say seapony snowglobe?? hnnng *hypervenilates* must have one or all!

I always end up forgetting at least one; Lemon Drop, Bow Tie and Applejack were made in the "trotting" pose snowglobes and there was also 3 of the sea pony snow globes (the UK sea ponies).

Does anyone know a way to open any of the vintage snowglobes?  I bought one a few years ago and when it arrived the pony had broken off the base and is now floating around in the water.

I remember Chrissytree posting about trying to get inside one of the snowglobes before and I think she mentioned it was just about impossible unfortunately

That's really awesome.  I have a Sundance bobblehead I ordered from amazon.  A while back I saw the Apple Jack one in Newberry Comics but never bought it, sort of wish I did though.  I would love a G1 snowglobe, original or retro release.
