Printing paypal labels without payment? Help

Ugh, now that paypal has changed it's format I cannot find where I can print labels without payment being received. Anyone able to help? I'm just clicking like a crazy person.

Yep, just click that link and sign in and you should be good to go

You can also just click the link in Paypal to "launch multi-order shipping" and it will let you print a label as well without having a payment from someone. This only works for US shipments though.

If you need to print a First Class international label you can do this through the USPS website now
