Shipping Issues- Outside of eBay

I ordered some items about 6 weeks ago now. I checked in 4 weeks after the order to see where it was, and the seller said they lost the order. The second time, they went me an incorrect tracking number. Well, it's correct now, but the item doesn't seem to be moving from pre-shipment info.

How long should I wait for this?

Hmm gimme time to think this through more clearly (its been one of those days ..again!  )  but it seems to me that while the seller seems to have paid for your priority shipping online  , the item has not yet been recieved for posting, so its reading as though USPS has not yet received the parcel from your seller which is why there is no update on the tracking
This seller seems to be messing you about with the shipping .... you already waited over a month   I would message your seller and politely ask them when they are going to mail your parcel or if they already have then to let you know the date they sent it....  if they hadnt paid for the shipping already I'd be tempted to tell you to cancel the order and buy elsewhere.....
Do watch your Paypal deadline (if you paid by paypal!)

It definitely sounds like they have not yet shipped and only printed your label out. I know there are occasions when USPS fails to upload tracking but I am not so sure this is the case. I mean considering how long it has been taking and that your first order was lost, it's kinda ridiculous.

I would do as Ringlets suggested and send them a message. If they fail to respond with a reasonable explanation, I would then consider opening a case for mere sake of it.  It may get them to get in gear and get your package out.

It looks like they finally shipped. 6 weeks! I'll be happy when I finally get my stuff.
