Can you sunfade French Starshine?

Or does she burn like her US counterpart?  I have a gorgeous girl who would be so close to mint if not for the name of her previous owner written across her side, lol!   :P

if it's written in pen, I think you should be able to use nail polish remover to get the ink off :) I did that for my soft sleepy newborn. I think the plastic should be similar to normal ponies. I've never tried to sunfade any nirvanas so I'm not too sure. But I would go for nail polish remover :) Just be careful of her cutie mark and eyes :) Good luck!
Looking for Takara ponies (Pinky)! :enthralled: :cold:

I sunfaded my Spanish Baby Gusty and it turned out great. But it depends so much on the plastic...

Sorry, PKW, I thought I HAD posted in Nirvana.  ^^;

Renee - it won't come off with acetone.

LP - I know, and since her US counterpart is so touchy I am reluctant to try it on her.  I sunfade "safe" ponies all the time but since I am not able to buy a new French pony as a replacement if I ruin this one I want to be extra careful, lol!

She is a better (or less chemically heavy) plastic than her more age mark prone Hong Kong counterpart. In theory that does make her a safer bet for sun fading but as with any white plastic regular checks sounds like the best bet.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi :hug:
