Would like to commission a sculpted dress G3 custom

I am looking for one of you talented people here to commission for a G3 custom for a very special friend of mine. It's a present and it would be due in April next year.
I am thinking of some elaborate sculpted dress, wedding gown style, and a rehaired mane.
Please contact me if you are open for commissions with some of your work examples and a price estimate.
