Good Theme for a Pony Meet?

Help!  I need ideas!

And this is not at all a hint that I got permission from my church to use the building for a pony meet in Richmond VA late fall/early winter . . .

I guess one question I would have is how much freedom/free time you want guests to have. Do you want a theme that informs certain decorations or invitations but not much else, leaving people to spent most of their time chatting over ponies and punch? A whole bevy of in-depth activities that take up the whole day? Or what?

Have you checked out some of the other meet threads after they have completed? There are often some amazing pictures and amazing ideas you could perhaps adapt for your own?

There would be games, but free time to hang out in between.  Probably a more laid back atmosphere.

I was trying to think of something original, but if it's just MLP themed, obviously that works!
