Nurse Loveheart

Just recently got this girl.. She is my first nurse pony.

I noticed she has a hole behind one ear like a seapony would have.. Looks quite factory made, is this normal?

Is it possibly where the nurse cap clips onto? (never seen one of those caps in person).

Yep, that's exactly right.  :)  The nurse hats have little tabs that fit into the holes.

I remember being mighty confused when first encountering these ponies as well :) They are super cute with their little hats on!
