I feel kind of silly...

So I made a dolly purchase today that I feel kind of embarrassed about I stopped in at Target after work and quickly headed over to the toy section after picking up a few other necessities. I picked up one of the 8 inch Dora dolls from the spin off series "Dora and Friends". Not even kidding. I have no interest in the show and have no intention to watch it, but for some reason the little dolls just stole my heart. But I felt so silly wanting to buy them. I actually almost put her back because I was so embarrassed.

I seriously hope I'm not the only member here who has one or two dolls in their collection that even they feel is a little childish

For Dora they are pretty cute! Her toys usually scare me but these new ones I could see more people buying. Hey, lol im 23 and I hog up the MLP and MH/EAH isles at Target so dont feel embarassed! Cashiers always ask for a gift reciept and I say, "nope they are for ME!"

Well, I don't have any issue buying MLP or MH dolls. If someone asks, yeah, I'll say they're for me But something like a Dora doll, I'd probably fib and say it was for a friend's kid or something

I've honestly always thought all the Dora dolls were cute. I could just never feel justified in buying one. But these were just too tempting. I think I might have to buy all five of them.

I personally want one of each. They are very cute. Better then a few years ago when they were huge. I won't consider them Dora though...

Oh wow the same with me and Sofia stuff. They are really cute but so far I been resisting.

I sorta felt that way when I fell in love with the Pinkie Cooper dolls.

I wouldn't feel silly!  I actually went to a Kid consignments sale looking for dolls & toys and told one of the people that I was shopping for my fiance's niece lol.  Its true he has a three year old niece but I definitely was not shopping for her!  :p

Oh don't feel silly, Lily.  I sort of like the Winx Club fairy dolls.  I do not watch the show.  My daughter tries to watch it but I really think the cartoon is a bit low quality.  However, I think those little punked out fairy dolls are super cute.  I have thought of buying them (for me and NOT telling my daughter I have them.  I DO NOT want to endorse that shoe to her) and stashing them.

Aw, don't feel silly! I keep eyeing off the little Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First dolls because they're adorable, even though I know nothing about either franchise!
