Okay so clonecommander is working on her Girl Scout Gold Award, and she is thinking maybe having a FB page to post her progress and such might be a good idea BUT she does not have a regular one. So can you make one for something like this with out having a regular page?

You could make sort of a fan page for her as a shoot off of your account. You have a FB page right? As for making that sort separate, I'm not sure you can. She could always set up a real one and then fan page off it and just not use the real one.

I do but she needs to have it on her own (if possible) as she needs to do all her own work for her Gold Award.

Hm... I would think she would need to create a facebook account with her own e-mail address to be able to do much of anything on her own. It doesn't have to be a particularly personal page though - it doesn't even have to have her name, on facebook you can call yourself anything you want really and you can definitely limit what information is on there.
