The picture resize doesn't seem to be working.

Ok so resize worked on this one but I'm noticing that the frame I added to the picture on photbucket Didn't get applied witch a little confusing since I replaced the original when I saved the editing.  Does anyone have any insite?

I can see the frame on the last one (looks like a movie reel).

To resize you have to put the dimensions in the IMG tag, not the URL. IMG is the picture, URL is the web link - you're resizing the image, not the link.
