How do you clean mohair wig on a doll?

My Mom picked up a doll with a mohair wig at thrift store. Her hair is bit of a mess. So how does one go about cleaning this?

You need to be uber careful, mohair is not as strong as pony hair and too much pulling will break the strands.  You need to use a straight comb, with fine teeth and do a little at a time.  Best of luck.
