This is a pretty awesome lot. It looks like you have a lot of really good first wave stuff here, as well as a few later things! Here's what I can figure out:
Upper left:
- Holt Hyde (first wave)
- Sinature Nefera de Nile (?) (If there's a pet scarab there, it's hers!)
- Signature Abbey Bominable (The pet elephant belongs to her)
- Signature Venus McFlytrap (The pet plant / Audrey II-type-deal is hers)
- Ghoulia Yelps (Not sure which set she's from)
- Signature Rochelle (The pet gargoyle is hers)
- Signature Cupid
- Sleep Chamber Lagoona
- Signature Lagoona (the pet fish is hers)
Bottom Row:
- "Create-a-Monster" cat
- Signature (?) Toralai (The pet sabretooth cat is hers!)
- Ghouls Rule Clawdeen Wolf
- Signature Frankie Stein (The pet puppy is hers!)
- Signature Clawdeen Wolf (The pet cat is hers!)
- Signature Robecca Steam (the pet mechanical owl is hers!)
- Cleo de Nile (Not sure which set she's from. She might be signature, since the lot appears to include her pet snake!)
- Deuce Gorgon (First wave)
These names should get you started on figuring out pricing! I'm not so up on that part.
I do know that the Signature (first wave) dolls that have seen a re-release (At this point, I think it's just Frankie and Clawdeen in this set) won't fetch quite as much as they used to!
The Signature dolls may be first waves or re-releases. You can tell which the Clawdeen doll is by looking at her hands. Are they flat out like most of the other girls' hands, or are the fingers clawed? I've been looking out for the original signature Clawdeen for a while, so this is where I geek out a bit.
Usually, people want their dolls complete with the proper accessories. With Signature dolls, pets are a big deal. If this lot came with the journal for each doll (a little paper book with stories and gossip from the halls of Monster High), then folks will want those, too! If you're selling, you'll want to make sure you look a little closer at each doll and do a little more research to figure out which accessories belong with it.
Boys are still fairly scarce in the Monster High aisles, so the two you have might be particularly sought-after since they are both boys -and- first wave dolls.
Signature Toralai used to be quite coveted, and that may still very well be the case!
As for condition-- A boxed doll usually goes for more than an unboxed doll. Unboxed dolls are still desirable, however-- There are a lot of "out-of-box" collectors out there who will appreciate that they don't need to buy a boxed doll and make the decision of whether to keep it boxed or unbox it.

Overall, these dolls seem to be very well taken care of! Since you got these at a boot sale, you must have gotten a great deal!
