G1 to G4: SHS Dainty (and pricing question)

My first G4 custom, made from a spare Pinkie Pie. I gave her a new symbol, changed her eye color, and added eyeshadow and an earring and bow.

I think I'd like to sell her, but pricing for customs often seems strangely under-priced for the amount of work that goes in. What I think I could reasonably expect to sell this for seems to be a lot less than I actually want to ask, so what are other people's thoughts? What would you pay/price it at? And would the fact that this is factory hair as opposed to new hair affect that?

This is always a really tough question to answer. But honestly, I'd pay £14, reason being, I'm not primarily a customs collector, and her hair is original.

She is really, very pretty I must say.

Sadly, I think you're right about pricing, generally speaking I think customizing is something you're better doing just for the love of it.   Based on my own experience so far, I wouldn't expect more than about £10 ish (for a symbol and eye repaint custom), though that does depend on whether she catches someone's eye or not.

Wow, she is much more elegant than most G4 customs!  She is beautiful.  You could always take offers.

Thanks everyone ^_^ I agree, you really have to do it for the love of it. At least, I do. Even besides the pricing issue, I just can't do any creative work if I'm not feeling into the concept.

I'll probably list her in the custom sales forum in a few days.

She's pretty. The only thing that would make her even better is if you used one of the princess molds instead. I mean I know the SHS were earth ponies and not alicorns but the larger slender bodies would make them stand out. Just think of it like when Rainbow Dash became a pegasus between G3 and G4.
