Anyone had this problem when buying from WeLoveFine?

I tried to register with WeLoveFine to make a purchase, but it told me my email address was already in use. So I went to the login box and pressed the forgot password button, entered my email address, and it told me that there was no account registered with that email address. Although in the sign up box it told me the exact opposite?! I'm so confused! Anyone know what's going on?

Are you certain you have not just made a small error in typing it? A transposed or incorrect single letter/dot in the wrong place could cause you that kind of issue.

If you still get no where, I would set up another quick gmail/yahoo account with them and then contact them over your problem. They will quickly be able to correct things for you hopefully.

I ended up making the purchase elsewhere in the end because I was fed up, but I'll do that anyway for future purchases. Thanks
