Seller sent wrong item, and it looks like my item is being resold?

It's just causing a lot of uneeded stress haha. I've never really dealt with such a horrible person before on eBay. I'm hoping eBay will help, because I'm in no position to be throwing money away, being just a student!

EBay often works in the buyer's favour so you should hopefully be okay. The seller does sound suspicious. And I mean let's face it, they should have sent you the right item to begin with. So it's their fault at the end of the day - I'd expect you can get your money back x

It wasn't MLP but it was a toy; an old Digivice from the late 90's.

I opened a case and the seller is basically trying to argue with me. Is there another way to contact eBay? He's just trying to get a reaction out of me now, and it's getting old.

I'm really sorry you had a run in with such a shady guy! Glad you err able to get your money back. I hope eBay stops him from selling!
