does any one know of a secret surprise tutorial for customising?

I have a secret surprise pony I am looking to customise but im not really sure how to get past the hole in the back from the missing saddle. Any tips or tutorials?

I guess it depends on whether or not you're wanting her to have a saddle again or not.  I'm not nearly a talented enough sculptor to tell you how to make a new saddle, but you could always stuff her full of foil and sculpt over her back, assuming you were planning a full body repaint
