Suggestions for Skyflier customs

Skyflier is my army pony of choice, and I'd kinda like to try making some custom /alt/ nirvana-esc/etc versions of her. But my creativity has been terribly dormant for years and the only thing I can think to do is "negative" color Skyflier.

Would anyone be willing to offer up some suggestions for me to maybe make later on?

My favorite rehair I ever did was a pastel rainbow Skyflier for a rehair swap. The photo doesn't do her justice. I used DH seran in Cupcake Pink, Ice White, Mint Ice and Foxglove.

Ooo,that pastel skyflier is lovely!  I only have a g4 custom right now. I started on a g3 some time ago but havent finished it yet.  Ive got about 20 skyfliers right now. Thanks for the suggestions so far. =)

Maybe rehair her in white and make her streak the purple that's on her cutie mark, or rehair her in something like water nixie blue with a white streak. I think if you worked with the colors on her cutie mark it'd turn out pretty nice. So maybe incorporate the purple or blue in it a bit more?

a baby Skyflier done like baby Glory and Moondancer(with lighter hair and only 1 kite) would be adorable!  A merry go round one would probaby look awesome, you could do her with a saddle to look like clouds so the kites are 'flying', too!
