Any idea who my 1993 Mattel stowaway doll is?

Hello!

A while ago I got a pony lot and in the bottom of the box was this little stowaway.........

Please excuse the state of her I have not attempted to clean or touch her wild hair!

Any ideas who she is? I have had a look on the internet but got no joy, she looks like a cross between Molly and a Moondreamers doll!

I think I found her. I think she's a Mattel Lil Secrets doll.

oh wow!! Thank you so much!! 'they have secrets stashed in their hair'! Hahaha! The only thing mine has stashed is knots!
