spanish baby bowtie with blue eyes ?

I received a spanish baby bowtie today (NC) and I was thinking of selling it as I also have a spain bowtie I thought it would be cool to sell them together, but as I compared it to mine, I saw that the new one has blue eyes...
Is it common ? I have had a few ones in my hands and I never came across a bleu eyed one... always purple.

Its a common thing with that particular colour - red pigments in the paint often make the colour change with time. We see it in just about all the ponies with that purple eye colour.

However I am a sucker for a little difference in ponies...I would so end up keeping them both!

It could indeed be the pink pigment fading out, or even just an incorrect/bad batch of paint?

I don't know which one I prefer... this one has perfect hair but erased symbols on NDS. Mine is great but has purple eyes...

That doesn't look like fading to me, but as I said, I'm no expert. She's divine, and personally, I'd keep her. A darling little oddity!

I agree, the blue that comes from the fading is a little more grey in tone in my opinion! Maybe someone else can help!

I can completely see that the shade looks a little more grey in content than you would expect but I honestly think its just a batch difference combined with general fading problems. However she absolutely adorable that way!

What is a bit confusing is that the other baby I have has a more faded body than this one. I would have expected the opposite : faded with blue eyes, and non faded with purple eyes.
I decided to keep both for the moment.

It doesn't look quite like fading, however it could well just be a different or poorly mixed batch of paint. I rather like her with the blue eyes!

Mine has purple eyes and I was told there are two versions of her. One with blue eyes and one with purple eyes... But I don´t know, maybe that´s wrong

I have two Babies and one has lighter eyes than the other but I think it's because it's faded.
