Is there any dolls (fakie or other wise) smaller than Kelly from Barbie?

Hey guys. I'm not well versed in dolls so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.. Is there a brushable doll out there that is smaller than Barbie's little sister Kelly?

I had an idea for a kind of custom but thing is I cannot use a baby-ish doll for this idea and I would prefer the doll to have brushable hair or in some way I can make a small wig for the doll..

For any who are curious, the custom idea has to do with Cupcake dolls

I don't know how tall Kelly dolls are, but LPS Blythe (old ones, not ones in stores), Petite Blythe, mini Pullip/Dal, Dollcena, 11cm Obitsu, and 11-13cm Hujoo are the smallest dolls I can think of. They either have rooted hair, wigs, or come bald so they can be easily wigged.

The Hujoos are probably too baby-ish and Obitsus might not be mature enough (although they're less babyish than Hujoo) for what you want. I'm not sure how mature you're looking for.

Pretty much I need a doll who's is about 1 1/4 inches tall from the hips up. I doubt I will find anything like that though unless it's a McDonald's toy

I was going to suggest the modern Polly Pockets but those aren't that tiny. Unfortunately even McDonald's toys don't come that small. The closest thing I can think of is a Barbie Mini B or a mini Lil Bratz.

 i think i still have one of these heads, and i have the body at home. i can try to take a picture of them together, but remind me if i forget.

I think I found a doll that will work.. Found a Polly Pocket doll that comes with a baking tray at big lots

If the Polly Pocket doesn't work out, what about the Sparkle Girlz mini dolls? One bonus is how inexpensive they are (under $5, I believe).
