How long does it take Dollyhair to restock hair?

I don't think most customizers realize how hard it can be to stock supplies like Tina's when you have to buy them directly from the supplier in bulk.  We aren't dealing with a business that has the buying power of a chain store.  Overseas suppliers generally won't sell until you buy a certain large quantity.  My impression has been that it's not financially feasible to restock until she can order enough colors at once to make up a big order.  I would not be surprised if she has to pay for the order upfront, long before it has paid for itself being sold a few bags at a time. 

Some old-timers will remember what it was like before Dollyhair made quality nylon in mlp colors available.  There weren't nearly so many options, and the site continues to carry a broader range of hair types and colors than just about anyone.  So yes, it is frustrating when a color runs out, but I am thankful for the options a small-time business like Dollyhair makes available.

Ah, that makes a lot more sense.

For GITD hair, might there be some kind of dye that could be used to make hair glow? Or a way to make such a dye?

Doesnt mylittlecustoms have glow in the dark hair? she definetly had some a while ago - because I bought loads at the time (as I was scared it might be sold out again ;-)).

I sent Tina an email last week about water nixie, and she said it could take about 3 or 4 months. So I'm hoping not longer than that.

I'm glad you posted this; I know she's been sold out of water nixie since last summer. Fingers crossed she gets more in the future. I can wait
