Click on "Pay Now." If it then tells you to change your address, it should also have an option for "Request Total." The seller should then be able to send you a revised invoice.

I won something from someone on eBay over seas
I asked if I could bid after noticing they told eBay won't ship to my country
They said ok
The put postage in after I won
eBay thinks they won't ship to my country
Even though they will
eBay wants me to give different address
I can't complete order
So now what do I do
I've messages seller
Dealing with different time zones
So I have no clue if it is able to be fixed so I can use check out and buy this pony you see

Have you tried "Request Total"? I generally have to do that for overseas items, if the seller did not have shipping specified when they listed the item.

I'd try what Himmie suggested and press "request total"
. You wont be able to pay the usual way as the auction is not set up for your country, but the seller should be able to send you a revised invoice.  Its worth a try. In the meantime I'll see if there is another way  (other than paying by Paypal and not through ebay cos a lot of people wont let you do that)  :awake:

I don't think the seller can edit the payment options after the auction ends.  If they set up the auction and restricted countries, Ebay will NOT let the buyer pay with anything besides the information the seller set up, regardless of if you asked the seller's permission or not.

In order for Seller/Buyer Protection to properly work, the billing address of the paying CC must match the shipping address in Ebay in your account settings.  That is why Ebay is asking you for a change in address - if you are bidding on a US-only auction, you must have seen they only ship to the US, therefore if you won, you have an US address, right?  That's EBay's perspective on the matter...

The seller can send you an invoice for it through Paypal, but you would have to send them instructions on how to do so if they are not an experienced seller.  This is what Ringlets and himmie are saying.  Best of luck!

Click on "Pay Now" next to the item, as you normally would for any purchase.

You will then get this screen:

Click on "request total"

Then you should get this:
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

The seller will then be notified to send you a revised invoice.

I deal with this quite often as I purchase items from various eBay sites that do not list US shipping.
