I FOUND IT!!! Oh man, it's so cute!! I actually had to ask the gal at Forever 21 to help me look for it, I think it was in the back somewhere! But I got it! Hee hee, thanks for the heads up Misty Moonlight!

Glad I saw this - we were heading to the mall for BABW already, got to hit F21 as well and get the tote. It must've been really new because it was still packed in the stock room.

OMG! That is so cute!  And actually perfect for Seattle since grocery stores no longer carry plastic bags-

I'm getting a slew of them for the next NW Pony Party-  these will make great prizes/party favors!!!!!

Holy smokes, that is soooo cute!! I love these types of totes (I blame my older sister, she practically collects them) and this would be so adorably perfect to add to my mini stash! Dang I wish the mall wasn't so far away, I really really wanna hunt one of these down.
