Gate Check Bag for car seat.

I realize this us an odd want. However, I need a gate check bag for our car seat because we are flying home in 2 weeks.
I'm hoping not to spend too much as this will likely only be used for this one trip. Craigslist has been a bust and these things seem to be a bit overpriced new for what they are especially if I'm only using it once.
If anyone has one could you please let me know ASAP the cost + shipping to 98277?

I don't know who you are flying but, most airlines have big ol' plastic bags for them. Most have them for free, I know Delta though charges $5.00. Honestly, I have worked for a  major regional airline for years and a cover bag is not going to protect anymore then a plastic bag. Actually, I have seen worst with the covers. They tend to get caught more in the belt loaders and other equipment then the bag. And if it is ripped it is not covered due to the fact a bag is meant to protect your belongings only. I would just save the money.

I'm not going to check the car seat with our luggage. I'm going to gate check it so I don't think it should be encountering much machinery that way. We're flying Southwest.
I suppose I could use a plastic bag but was hoping someone might have one for cheap. Someone on a local yard sale site offered me one for $5 but then she couldn't locate it.

Most likely will be on a belt loader even gate checked. But if you got one for 5 bucks, I say why not. I just wouldn't invest a lot
